DESCRIPTION:Peggy D will return for classes in late Spring 2026. \nJoin Peggy Donahue of Pacha Mamma Massage & Yoga for classes upstairs at The Old Gallery. Peggy trained at Shoshoi Yoga Retreat Center in Rollinsville\, CO and has taught since 2006. Her personal Yoga practice began more than 35 years ago. Peggy enjoys and lives the practice of Hatha Yoga. \nMats\, blocks\, straps and blankets are provided (or bring your own if you prefer). Wear comfortable\, stretchy clothing and bring an empty stomach along with your water. Each class has a nominal fee of $15/session or a 10-class pass can be purchased for $120. We will follow with a sacred cord cutting ceremony\, a symbolic and empowering ritual to energetically let go of old patterns\, relationships\, or experiences that may be holding you back. Through intention and mindful presence\, you’ll create space for new gratitude and opportunities. \nNext\, we’ll move through a deep rest Yoga Nidra meditation\, allowing you to fully surrender\, release\, and reset on a soul-deep level. \nTo close\, we’ll gather for an affirmation of candle lighting\, opening space for new blessings this year and sealing intentions with light\, warmth\, and clarity—carrying your renewed energy into the New Year. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNo experience needed—just an open heart and the willingness to let go.
