Run Like the Wind
We’re excited to bring back our Run Like the Wind 5K and Dog Jog on Saturday August 30th.
Join us at 8,504 feet for a scenic 5K or a shorter 2K walk, beginning and ending in the heart of Allenspark, Colorado.
The 5K race & 2K walk circles through downtown and along dirt roads amid pine forest, boasting awe inspiring views of high mountain peaks.

Gypsy jazz has captured the public’s imagination for decades. In Paris, 1945, the legendary Django Reinhardt is regarded worldwide as the greatest guitar player ever. His guitar virtuosity is matched by Stéphane Grappelli’s on violin, and the pair form The Hot Club of Paris. In Gypsy jazz tradition, many American swing tunes from the 40s & earlier became part of the repertoire.
Today, the Colorado-based band Espresso! merges these same two musical traditions with red-hot interpretations of American swing and Gypsy jazz favorites. The traditions of the past come alive with powerful instrumental leads and vocals in French and English. Very danceable, this music is infectious. “You owe it to your ears.”

It is our goal to offer area residents and visitors this high-quality entertainment without the long drive to the front range. Therefore, The Old Gallery is happy to allow these very talented musicians to ask for tips from those that attend and appreciate their performance. Tipping is completely optional but highly recommended. Please thank the artists for their efforts and tip generously.

Two young gents have taken to bending the truth in order to put some excitement into their lives. Worthing (Colin Firth) has invented a brother, Earnest, whom he uses as an excuse to leave his dull life behind to visit Gwendolyn (Frances Connor). Montcrieff (Rupert Everett) decides to take the name Earnest when visiting Worthing’s young and beautiful ward, Cecily (Reese Witherspoon). Things start to go awry when they end up together in the country and their deceptions are discovered.
