The Classes and Community Groups offered at The Old Gallery are led by community members to gather us together in order to enrich a skill or inspire us to try something new!
All Classes and Community Groups are open to all and everyone is encouraged to participate.

Yoga
Join Peggy Donahue of Pacha Mamma Yoga for classes upstairs at The Old Gallery. Peggy trained at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat Center in Rollinsville, CO and has taught since 2006. Her personal Yoga practice began more than 35 years ago. Peggy enjoys and lives the practice of Hatha Yoga.
Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided (or bring your own if you prefer). Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring an empty stomach along with your water. Mountain Skies Astronomy
Leslie is back and invites you to stargaze from the back porch of the Gallery.
This casual gathering will be a chance to explore our night sky and learn some interesting facts. Please come prepared with extra layers (it gets chilly in the mountains when the sun goes down) and a blanket if you want to lay back and gaze at the stars. You are welcome to bring binoculars, which may allow you to see some features of the night sky in greater clarity.
This event will be weather dependent.

Tai Chi
Mike Brown will be leading a Free Tai Chi class geared towards the beginner upstairs at The Old Gallery.
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and focus. It’s great for improving strength, balance, and flexibility – perfect for all ages and fitness levels. This beginner-friendly class will guide you through the basics at a comfortable pace. No experience needed – just wear comfy clothes and come ready to move!
When: Beginning in June, every Tuesday and Friday.
