Cabin Fever Cooking Classes
Sign up soon! Only 6 spots available – Email karen@theoldgallery.org
Introducing Cabin Fever Cooking Classes, our new winter series designed to cure the winter blahs, one delicious dish at a time! The kitchen at the gallery is small, so class sizes are limited.
We’re kicking things off with a sweet one: Kathy Sandmeier will walk you through some beginner-friendly candy recipes, peanut brittle and truffles – just in time for holiday gifting (or not-gifting, we won’t tell). If you’ve been afraid to try your hand at candy making, she will show you how to put that thermometer to good use and how to altitude adjust your grandma’s favorite holiday sweets into giftable creations for your friends and family.
Stay tuned for more sessions coming soon!
