Mike Brown will be leading a Free Tai Chi class geared towards the beginner upstairs at The Old Gallery.
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and focus. It’s great for improving strength, balance, and flexibility – perfect for all ages and fitness levels. This beginner-friendly class will guide you through the basics at a comfortable pace. No experience needed – just wear comfy clothes and come ready to move!
